An unusual situation occurred on the first line of the Warsaw Metro, which resulted in the suspension of traffic on the northern section of the route. This was due to a small dog spotted in a tunnel at a station on Tuesday afternoon. Passengers reported online that trains on the M1 line had stopped because of the four-legged intruder.
On Tuesday evening, six Warsaw metro stations were closed for several dozen minutes. A dog was said to have contributed to the disruption.
A Yorkie ran into a subway tunnel on Tuesday evening, Warsaw Metro spokeswoman Anna Bartoń told Onet. There were significant delays on the M1 line, and trains were suspended. After more than an hour and a half, the animal was captured and service resumed.
