Appeals Court Tosses Challenge To FCC’s Approval Of Nexstar-Tegna Deal
A federal appeals court dismissed a legal challenge brought by a public interest group against the FCC over the agency’s approval of Nexstar Media Group’s $6.2 billion acquisition of Tegna last summer.
