A closer look at the Strait of Hormuz after Iran issues new threat

Iran’s naval forces have repeatedly declared the strait closed, and tanker traffic has fallen well below pre-war levels, analysts said.

As we’ve been reporting, Iran’s security chief has threatened to halt oil flow out of the Strait of Hormuz, according to state-affiliated Press TV.
