A video from Anuppur's Jaithari Municipal Council is viral on , showing daily-wage worker Nandlal Gond grabbing a child by the hair as he tries to take sweets. The municipal council employees were carrying packets of sweets to the stadium when some children attempted to take the packets from the moving vehicle.
