New officer-in-charge at the helm of Station Apra Harbor
SANTA RITA, Guam — Senior Chief Petty Officer Kyle Breen-Tapia assumed command of U.S. Coast Guard Station Apra Harbor from Senior Chief Petty Officer Jeremy Jarvis in a change of command ceremony at the Naval Base Guam Chapel in Apra Harbor, Guam, on June 27, 2025. Capt. Jessica Worst, commander of U.S. Coast Guard Forces Micronesia/Sector Guam, presided over the ceremony.
