A boy riding a bicycle was hit by a car near Městec Králové in the Nymburk region this afternoon. A helicopter transported him to a hospital in Hradec Králové with injuries, Central Bohemian Police spokeswoman Vlasta Suchánková told ČTK. According to regional rescue service spokeswoman Monika Nováková, the patient suffered a concussion and an injured leg.
