After more than 60 years, the murder case of 9-year-old Carol Ann Dougherty has been solved in the United States. Thanks to DNA and a (direct) witness, William Schrader was identified as the perpetrator. "Although nothing can bring Carol back, now that the truth has been revealed, we can finally let her rest in peace," her sister said emotionally.
