STANTON CIVIC CENTER (OC Tribune photo). A 3.5 percent pay raise for City Manager Hannah Shin-Heydorn will go before the Stanton City Council when it meets on Tuesday. If approved, her annual salary will be $285,136 effective on July 1, 2025. That 3.5 increase is the same provided this year for all city employees.
