Ninety-four cent of Gaza’s 2.1 million residents need shelter as Israeli gunfire and strikes continue inside the enclave, UN agencies and peacekeepers warned on Thursday.
The UN reported that the vast majority of the population in Gaza suffers from a lack of shelter and basic necessities, with four out of five families facing starvation. Additionally, 50 people (including 19 children) rescued from the rubble have finally been buried.
