An 89-year-old man is dead after a "kayaking incident on the water" on Wednesday off the coast of Dunfield, N.L., says the RCMP.

RCMP are investigating a kayaking incident that resulted in the death of an 89-year-old tourist off Dunfield in Trinity Bay Wednesday morning. The man was paddling with a group when he suffered a medical event.
