80-Year-Old Woman Dies Following Crash on Belle Terre Parkway Triggered by Medical Episode

An 80-year-old Palm Coast woman lost her life in a crash on Belle Terre Parkway that appears to have been triggered by a medical episode Monday afternoon. The victim veered off the southbound lanes of Belle Terre into the northbound lanes, and crashed on the shoulder.
