ODDEN, UTAH- A police chase on Sunday night in Ogden ended in a tragedy that left two children dead and several people injured, authorities reported. According to Ogden Police Department, around 7:45 p.m., officers located a stolen vehicle in the area of 2800 Quincey Avenue.
