Israel’s military says airdrops of aid will begin Saturday night in Gaza

- On Saturday, the United Kingdom is working with Middle Eastern allies including Jordan on plans to airdrop aid and evacuate children in need of medical care.
- Some 221 MPs have signed a letter, urging the British government to recognise the state of Palestine at a UN meeting next week.
