Mart, Tx (FOX 44) - A 40-year-old man is being held on murder charges as the Mart Police Department investigates a fatal shooting. Mart police report responding to a report of a shooting in the 100 block of South Commerce Street just before 11:30 p.m. Monday. On arrival they found a victim suffering a gunshot wound.
