6.4 magnitude quake recorded off Manay, Davao Oriental

MATI CITY, Davao Oriental (MindaNews / 7 January) — A 6.4 magnitude earthquake rocked Davao Oriental on Wednesday, January 7 at 11:02 AM, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) reported.  Phivolcs reported that the epicenter of the offshore earthquake is some 58 kilometers east of Manay town with a depth of 28 kilometers.
