Prof. Aryeh Levin, 69, former director of the pediatric gastroenterology and nutrition unit at Wolfson, pleaded guilty to raping a patient's mother and sexually assaulting two female patients. The court sentenced him to six years in prison, while the prosecution demanded 13 years. He paid NIS 750,000 to the victims and his license was permanently revoked.
According to the amended indictment, Prof. Arie Levine committed indecent acts on two female patients and raped the mother of one of his patients. As part of the plea agreement, Levin pledged not to practice medicine anymore and asked to permanently revoke his license • He will pay 750 thousand shekels in compensation
