The Berlin Senate has given the Go for the development plan of a residential district with almost 600 apartments in Berlin-Lichtenberg. In 2026 construction work will begin in the residential project Hohenschönhauser Straße – Weißenseeer Weg.
In Lichtenberg, a new residential district with more than 580 apartments, a primary school and sports facilities is being built on a former bus parking lot.
