COTABATO CITY — Fifty-six former members of local threat groups (LTG) took a major step toward reintegration into civilian life by participating in a capacity-building and skills training program. Held in Kabacan, North Cotabato, the activity was spearheaded by the Ministry of the Interior and Local Government’s (MILG) Project Tulong ng Gobyernong Nagmamalasakit (TUGON).
