Government shifts of human rights agendas have triggered a personnel earthquake. In response to the actions of Babiš's cabinet, 53 experts announced their resignations. This is about a third of the people who worked on individual councils for the government without entitlement to remuneration.

Over 50 experts have resigned due to the transfer of the human rights agenda from the Government Office to ministries. They claim that the transfer of agendas will make it impossible for them to work in advisory bodies.
