A 50-year-old motorized paraglider was pronounced dead after crashing into the water off Argaman Beach in Netanya from a high altitude today (Friday). In addition to this case, a 30-year-old man who was treated in critical condition during resuscitation efforts after drowning at an undeclared beach in Hadera was pronounced dead.
MDA teams performed CPR on a parachutist in his 50s who was critically injured, but were ultimately forced to declare him dead. Eyewitnesses said the parachute fell from a height of about 20 meters into the water. They pulled the injured man, who was without a pulse and breathing, and attempted to revive him with telephone guidance from MDA.
