A Perth Amboy man is facing various criminal charges after he discharged a gun inside a home, striking and injuring a 5-year-old girl, authorities said. David Wesley has been arrested on charges of aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of a child, hindering, receiving stolen property and weapons offenses, the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office said in a statement on Friday.
