The Bristol Virginia Fire Department reports that several people were injured Friday night in a crash on Interstate 81. A release from the department Sunday said the multi-vehicle crash was reported on I-81 near mile marker 6.3 at around 9:47 p.m. A total of 4 vehicles were involved in the crash, with 5 patients who had sustained injuries ranging from minor to severe.
