RODRIGUEZ, Butuan City – Police apprehended 5,642 violators of city and municipal ordinances in the Caraga region from April 1 to 30.The Police Regional Office 13-Regional Operations Division said 511 were apprehended in Agusan del Norte, 1,549 in Agusan del Sur, 878 in Surigao del Norte, 1,166 in Surigao del Sur, 335 in Dinagat Islands, and 1,203 in Butuan City.Majority of them were traffic and curfew violators.
