The National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) has approved a new fund with an investment capacity of 60 million euros and with a duration of six years to acquire 15 hotels. Gaiarooms, the hotel chain created by Enrique Domínguez and specialized in the digitization of the sector, has allied with venture capital manager 4Founders Capital Hospitality FCRE SA for the launch of a new real estate investment vehicle.
To lead this new vehicle, Enrique Domínguez, CEO of Gaiarooms, joins the project as head of the investment strategy.
Gaiarooms becomes part, as a strategic partner, of the new investment vehicle 4Fourders Capital Hospitality FCRE Sa, driven by 4Founders Capital and oriented to the purchase and improvement of hotel assets. The strategy plans to allocate up to 60 million euros to establishments located in secondary cities with high growth margin.
