49ers Placed DE Sam Okuayinonu On IR, Signed DE Khalid Kareem

Per Pro Football Talk, the 49ers placed DE Sam Okuayinonu on injured reserve and officially signed DE Khalid Kareem off the Falcons’ practice squad to replace him.
