A surprise 25th wedding anniversary celebration honoring Mr. and Mrs. A.E. Elam of Excelsior Springs was hosted by their daughter and family, Mr. and Mrs. Mike Amos, Kelly and Tracy, of Ferrelview, on Sunday, Jan. 20 at the Elam’s home. A two story barn belonging to Bill Hillix of Camden Point burned Tuesday, Jan. 15 at about 6 p.m. Both Platte City and Camden Point Fire Departments responded to the blaze, located two miles east of Camden Point.…
