On Thursday 24 July, 400 chefs signed a stand against the Duplomb law, which allows for the temporary use of a pesticide that had been banned for seven years. Among them, the restaurantkeeper Frédéric Ménager, installed in Bligny-sur-Ouche, Côte-d'Or. In his establishment, everything is organic.
