Coatzacoalcos, Ver.- With the promise to return for him, a 4-year-old boy was abandoned by his father outside a convenience store located at the crossroads of Juan Escutia Avenue and Avenida Dos in Coatzacoalcos. According to witnesses the minor was alone so as time passed they approached to ask him, he said that his father left him at the place who told him that he would go to buy a gift and return for him, however he did not.
