- Investigators abandoned two vehicles on Jan. 14 after FBI agents fled amid protests; stolen items including guns and FBI identification cards were taken and personal documents posted on social media, prompting threats.
- In an affidavit, Homeland Security Investigations special agent Bronson Day said Feng bit the Customs and Border Protection officer’s right ring finger through a glove, severing the tip, and the officer received medical attention within an hour.
- Federal prosecutors also indicted three people over threats to FBI agents, including Brenna Marie Doyle, 18, of Spokane, Washington, charged with threatening to murder a federal law enforcement officer.
