4-day free eye treatment camp begins in Balkh

A charity organization, in cooperation with the Afghan Red Crescent Society, has launched a four-day free eye treatment campaign in Mazar-i-Sharif, the capital of northern Balkh province.

The process of free treatment of 4,000 eye patients with the financial support of the King Salman Charity Foundation has begun in Balkh. Red Crescent officials in Balkh say that this process began today (Friday, 2nd of May) and will continue for another four days.
