3M relists Wonewok, its corporate retreat, for sale

PARK RAPIDS, Minn. — 3M has placed 187.2 acres of its former corporate retreat, Wonewok, up for sale again. The 680-acre executive getaway, located on Big Mantrap and Petit lakes north of Park Rapids, Minnesota, was originally put on the market in 2023.
