Assault charges have been filed as a result of a dispute outside a Platte City lounge in late April. Ricki Lee Shepard, 45, of Camden Point has been charged with second degree assault, a Class C felony, resulting from a scuffle with Jack Coons, 45, of Platte City, at Mr. B’s Lounge in Platte City.
