ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford Police arrested Tyrese Williams, 18, Lania Schuelke, 21, and Jamarion Ceaser, 18, for allegedly having weapons and drugs inside a vehicle. On September 3, around 10 p.m., officers were patrolling the area of East State and 3rd Streets when they saw a grey Nissan Altima run a red light.
