3 arrests, including one juvenile, following recent shooting

Three people, including a juvenile, were arrested March 22 in connection with a late night shooting. Orange Police Department were dispatched at approximately 11:10 p.m. March 22 to the 2400 block of 8th Street in reference to reports of shots fired.  Upon arrival, officers located a male lying in the street suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
