Tijuana, August 14. As of this year, the Ministry of Public Safety and Protection (SSPCM) has imposed 284 offences on persons who were driving under the influence of alcohol. In 205 of the cases, it was detected that those who were sanctioned had alcoholic breath and in 79 were in a state of total drunkenness.
