In New York, 25 years after the 11 September attacks, Zohran Mamdani, the mayor of New York, and his teams released more than 170,000 pages of documents that had remained confidential until then, showing that the city's authorities knew that the air in southern Manhattan was polluted and dangerous to health after the collapse of the World Trade Center towers. However, the message to the locals was the opposite.
