Windsor police say they’ve arrested two men in connection with an extortion and theft investigation. An investigation by the police’s major crimes unit revealed that in January, a man had entered the store, threatening an employee with a sharp object. The suspects coerced the employee to give them 12 iPhones over the course of 8 separate incidents.
