The local police in Vitoria arrested a 21-year-old as an alleged perpetrator of a crime of robbery with violence, which occurred shortly before 11.30 a.m. on Monday when a patrol carrying out citizen security work was required by the Central Operations Office to go to a commercial establishment on La Paz Street where they held a person who had stolen a product and was very upset.
