Three years before the opening ceremony of the Los Angeles Olympic Games, scheduled for 14 July 2028, the organizers of the event unveiled the calendar of the various events. And there is no doubt that the cycling fans had to catch up with the dates of the men's events: the time trial will take place on 19 July and the online race on 23. So it might well be that these events take place while the Tour de France will not be finished yet.
