- Discussing the process to ensure "free and fair elections," Niger State Governor Mohammed Bago added that the party aims to be "stronger than ever heading towards the election."
- APC Deputy National Publicity Secretary Durosinmi Meseko announced the revised primary timetable, with form sales commencing Saturday, April 25, and Senate, House of Assembly, and governorship elections scheduled throughout May.
