Former Governor of Kaduna State, Colonel Abubakar Dangiwa Umar (rtd), has said that 80 per cent of military officers supported the actualisation of the June 12, 1993, presidential election won by late Chief MKO Abiola, as he made a case for the public acknowledgement of those behind the struggle that culminated in the present democracy in the country.
