- Applying lessons from the Osun governorship election, the Commission is implementing a "Zero-Failure" protocol while tracking nearly 100 million registered voters; officials are refining result management systems, including the eEC8A, to ensure verifiable vote journeys from polling units.
- Warning of consequences for negligence, Amupitan demanded absolute neutrality from electoral officers, while the Commission coordinates preparations across logistics, technology, and financial compliance to protect the integrity of the 2027 electoral process.
- The Commission aims to establish excellence as a permanent culture with the 2027 election about six months away, as success depends on faithfully translating legal provisions into practice to ensure credible outcomes for Nigerians.
