The Ohio Prep Sports Media Association announced their Division I All-Ohio football teams Thursday, with Perrysburg’s Reed Gerken (offensive lineman) and Whitmer’s LJ Glover (linebacker) leading the way for local talent with first-team honors.

2025 OPSMA Division I All-Ohio Teams, Hooks, Uran honored

It was more honors for Elder linebacker Derek Uran and Lakota East running back Ryder Hooks. Uran was named the Division I Co-Defensive Player of the Year. The senior was the heart-and-soul of a Panthers defense that allowed just 15.1 points per game and helped the school to its fourth undefeated regular season (first since 1992) and first 12-0 start in school history.
