MEMPHIS, Tenn. — An inmate at the Shelby County Jail is accused of stabbing another inmate multiple times. Kokou Sanoumegah, 28, is charged with aggravated assault and contraband in a penal institute in this case. Records show he was booked into the jail in April on several drug and gun charges.
