A 21-year-old Ukrainian citizen who was travelling with a car registered in Ukraine presented himself in PTF Siret. Among his luggage he also had a disassembled bicycle, packed in sheets, for which he could not present supporting documents. The checks showed that the bicycle appears as stolen from Germany, an alert introduced by the German authorities on 8 September.
