Suspected of being linked to the terrorist organization fighting the Taliban in Afghanistan, the young man was arrested on Wednesday 26 October in the capital of the Gauls.
He is suspected of being "related to ISIS in Khorassan, notably by sending funds and for the purpose of translating and relaying the propaganda of this terrorist organization", according to the national anti-terrorist prosecutor's office.
