Tehran's representative in the parliament announced that the National Security Committee is reviewing an 11-point plan to ensure the security and sustainable progress of the Strait of Hormuz and the Persian Gulf.
Iranian Parliament's National Security Commission Spokesperson Hasan Kashkavi announced that the relevant articles of the Strategic Action Plan for Ensuring the Security of the Strait of Hormuz had been approved by the commission, adding that 20% of the cargo of ships that do not comply with the regulations would be confiscated.
According to the semi-official Tasnim News Agency, Iranian Parliament National Security Commission Spokesperson Hassan Qashqavi stated that the "Security of the Strait of Hormuz..."
The Iranian Parliament's National Security Commission approved articles 13, 14, and 15 of the strategic action plan regarding the Strait of Hormuz.
