2 shot in Orange, victim reportedly opts not to cooperate

Two people were transported to a Houston hospital following a shooting Tuesday night and the victim reportedly does not wish to cooperate with investigators.  At approximately 7:50 p.m. April 7 officers with the City of Orange Police Department were dispatched to 1011 Ruby Lane, Orange in reference to gunshots being fired with a possibly injured subject.
