ALTOONA, Pa. (WTAJ) — Two men from Philadelphia were arrested in Altoona on suspicion of drug trafficking Thursday night. Tyrone Chase, Jr., 29, and Ruben Rivera, 30, both from Philadelphia, are each charged with three felony counts for drug possession with intent to deliver.
