Two people were caught using disabled parking badges belonging to people who had died in a council crackdown.

Blue Badges provide vital support to people with disabilities, granting access to designated parking bays that make everyday activities more manageable. When these permits are misused, it undermines the system and disadvantages those who genuinely need them.
